症状
当RAC因故障转移切换数据库时，SARM服务器终止，且在SARM/NEP诊断文件上出现ORA-25408错误。

原因
SARM 或 NEP 诊断文件中的ORA 错误’ORA-25408’是预期行为。SARM 会终止，因为它在一个存储程序SSP_ne_log failed执行过程中收到ORA 25408错误。
当数据库事务执行INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE/SELECT操作时发生了故障转移，所以出现了ORA-25408。其设计意图是让CTRL在这种情况下重启SARM。
解决方案
不需要采取措施。SARM或NEP中的 ORA 错误 ‘ORA-25408’是RAC数据库故障转移的预期行为。
